Provides citizens with emergency alerts through Cowley Alerts (text messages, phone calls, emails, etc.)
Will assist agencies with emergency planning.
Additionally, trained volunteers assist in:
storm spotting, public information, field spotting, protection and communications support during severe weather/disasters/emergencies
