The Rise Cowley Resource Directory is a user-friendly guide to local businesses and organizations that offer sliding-scale pricing or low-income discounts on essential goods and services. Designed to support individuals facing barriers related to a life-changing event, undereducation, language, physical or intellectual disabilities, or age, this resource aims to connect community members with accessible resources to improve their quality of life.
What businesses and organizations are included?
Must answer “yes” to all three:
- Located in Cowley County* or provided through a state agency.
- Provides (or serves as a portal to) necessary goods/services pertaining to addiction services, childcare, clothing, education, employment, food, housing, legal/tax assistance, medical care, recreation/social connections, transportation, or senior services.
- Offers (either directly or access to) some type of income-based assistance
*If the service or product does not exist within Cowley County, the Directory may widen the geographic scope.
