Description
The Lions Club offers various community services, including the Drive Me Home program. Community Members can call in to request a ride home from a doctor's appointment or hospital in Arkansas City or Winfield and receive free transportation back home. The Lions also provide financial assistance for eye doctor appointments and eyeglasses on a case-by-case basis. Scholarships, disaster relief, D.A.R.E. programs and more are all part of what we do. We are involved in Arkalalah and work closely with the Boy Scouts, as well as many other local groups and clubs. Join us at a meeting or call Lion Bob Matthews for more information.
